Terms & Conditions
Last updated: January 2026
These Terms & Conditions outline how our Pay Monthly Website service works. We’ve written this in plain English, so it’s clear, fair, and transparent.
By signing up for our services, you agree to the terms below.
1. Our Service – Website as a Service
We provide websites on a monthly subscription basis. Your monthly fee includes:
-
Website design and development
-
Secure hosting
-
Ongoing maintenance and updates
-
Technical support
-
Basic content edits (see Fair Usage below)
This is a subscription service. The website remains active while payments are up to date.
2. Monthly Payments
-
Fees are billed monthly in advance.
-
Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g., Direct Debit or card).
-
If a payment fails, we will attempt to contact you.
-
If payment remains unpaid after 7 days, your website may be temporarily suspended.
-
If payment remains unpaid after 30 days, we reserve the right to remove the website and associated services.
We understand that issues happen — communication is key. We’re always happy to talk first.
3. No Long-Term Contract
There is no minimum contract term.
Website Transfer & Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing 30 days’ written notice.
If you wish to transfer your website to another Wix account, a £750 website transfer fee will apply.
This fee covers:
-
Website development costs
-
Design licensing
-
Preparation and transfer of the Wix site to your nominated Wix account
Once the transfer fee is paid in full, ownership of the Wix website will be transferred to the Wix account specified by you.
If you cancel without requesting a transfer, the website will be removed from our Wix account and taken offline at the end of your notice period.
Upon transfer, the client assumes full responsibility for all ongoing third-party hosting and platform fees.
The transfer fee reflects the upfront time, design, and development investment made at the start of the project, which is not charged separately.

Your Content
You retain full ownership of:
-
Your logo
-
Your images
-
